Neutral atom qubits are a promising approach for quantum computing, networking and entanglement-enhanced metrology. A major challenge for continued development of quantum computing is mitigating leakage and loss errors, which requires a high-throughput pathway to replace atoms without affecting the coherence of stored qubits. In Ytterbium, this can be accomplished simply using the metastable state nuclear spin qubits. By spatially separating cooling and computation, these processes can be performed in parallel and continuously without switching magnetic fields, enabling continuous, high-throughput reloading of an atom array. We will describe our results of accomplishing fast and continuous reloading of a Ytterbium tweezer array using a new apparatus that loads a tweezer array from a dipole-trap guided atomic beam.
