Ultracold atoms trapped in configurable arrays of optical tweezers provide a highly tunable platform for realizing few- and many-body phases of matter. We describe a new experimental system aimed at combining local addressing and multi-frequency microwave driving of Rydberg states of Rb-87 for the control and detection of novel many-body states. We also describe progress towards the study of frustrated magnetism and topologically ordered states based on the Floquet engineering of dipole-dipole interactions.
