Within the TU/e Kat-1 team we are developing a full-stack quantum computer based on neutral atoms trapped in optical tweezers. Such a neutral atom quantum processor unit (QPU) benefits from good scalability in qubit numbers, configurable connectivity and is for instance suited for running variational quantum algorithms for quantum chemistry problems. Here, we present our full-stack approach from the physical qubit hardware to the end-user application interface accessible through the Quantum Inspire web portal. This includes some of the recent experimental results on the qubit hardware as well as the QPU integration in the software stack. We discuss the control software for the experimental setup consisting of Artiq and Quantum Machines, and the middleware connection with algorithm package including integrating the QPU with the high-performance computing facilities available at the University to facilitate hybrid quantum computing.
